Please read these terms carefully before using the rajbee platform. By registering an account or placing a bet you agree to be bound by the rules set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of rajbee.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rajbee ("rajbee", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website available at rajbee.app and all associated services, game products, promotional offers, and payment functionality offered through that domain.
By creating a rajbee account, logging in, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.
rajbee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at /terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
Who may register and what obligations apply to your account.
To register and maintain an account on rajbee you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not been previously excluded or banned from the rajbee platform or any affiliated service.
- You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent any geographic or access restriction imposed by rajbee.
- Online gambling is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You have provided accurate, complete, and current information during registration and agree to keep that information updated.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If rajbee detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — all duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation and any associated balances may be voided.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rajbee will never ask for your password by email, phone, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility until you formally notify rajbee of a breach via the support email. Enable any available two-factor authentication features to protect your account.
Account Verification (KYC)
rajbee operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following at any time: a national ID card or passport, a selfie with the document, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Rules governing the movement of funds on the rajbee platform.
rajbee supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. rajbee reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits
- The minimum single deposit is ৳100. The maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and account tier.
- Deposits are credited to your rajbee wallet in real time once confirmed by the payment processor. rajbee is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger account suspension.
- rajbee does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless an exception is approved in writing by rajbee support.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw until identity checks are complete.
- rajbee aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during public holidays or peak periods.
- Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
- rajbee reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have triggered internal risk flags.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
How bonus offers, wagering requirements, and promotional terms work on rajbee.
rajbee may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
General Bonus Rules
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to stated wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are voided without replacement.
- rajbee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled before its wagering requirement is met, any bonus-derived winnings up to that point are also voided.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and the account may be suspended.
- Bonus terms are published in English and it is the player's responsibility to read and understand them before opting in.
5. Key Platform Rules
Six core obligations every rajbee player must observe.
You must use rajbee solely for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation, data scraping, automated wagering tools (bots), and any use of software that gives an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your username or password with any third party. rajbee cannot be held liable for losses incurred by unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
Money laundering, match-fixing, collusion, chargebacks, and any activity that constitutes fraud under Bangladeshi law are strictly prohibited. rajbee co-operates with relevant authorities and will report any suspicious activity as required by applicable regulations.
Players must engage with the platform's responsible gaming tools in good faith. Attempting to circumvent self-imposed limits (e.g., opening a new account after self-exclusion) is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details.
You must provide and maintain truthful, accurate, and current personal information on your account at all times. Providing false information — including false age, false name, or false payment details — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrectly displayed odds, rajbee reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. Winnings resulting from a manifest error are not valid and will not be paid. rajbee's decision in such matters is final.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
Rules specific to sports betting, casino games, and crash games on rajbee.
Once a bet or game round has been confirmed and accepted by the rajbee system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of their selection — including the event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming.
Sports Betting
- Minimum and maximum stake amounts per market are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change.
- In-play (live) bets are subject to a delay between placement and acceptance. Odds may change or be suspended during this period.
- If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with rajbee's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules, which are available within the sports betting section.
- Cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures follow ICC standard playing conditions for settlement purposes. Player performance bets are settled on official match statistics only.
Casino & Slots
- All casino and slot games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems supplied by the respective game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
- Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by the player or rajbee after the round begins.
- Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by game providers and are accurate over millions of game rounds — they do not guarantee any individual outcome in any single session.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed using the game server's last recorded state. The outcome of a completed round stands regardless of connection issues on the player's end.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership of rajbee content and restrictions on use.
All content on the rajbee platform — including but not limited to the rajbee logo, brand name, website design, graphics, written content, game interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of rajbee or its content licensors. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used in any commercial context without the prior written permission of rajbee.
Game content and game mechanics are owned by their respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and are licensed to rajbee for deployment on this platform. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is prohibited and may constitute infringement under applicable intellectual property law.
8. Privacy & Data
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the rajbee Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rajbee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. rajbee's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
rajbee is not responsible for interruptions to the Platform caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party platform outages.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with rajbee's customer support team will be subject to binding arbitration. The language of any proceedings shall be English.
